Dan Ford
Executive Career Coach | MBA
As a professionally qualified Executive Career Coach, I help my clients create the careers they really want, so they can fulfil their true potential, find fulfilment and become the best versions of themselves.
I cover a wide range of career-related topics and tend to work with executives, professionals, entrepreneurs and business leaders, who are keen to proactively prepare for the future of work, and benefit from the independent support, impartial advice and structured accountability that my coaching offers.
Professional Qualifications
I originally trained as a coach with the Coaches Training Institute (CTI), which is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
I also have an Executive MBA from London Business School and a Professional Diploma from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM), as well as a BSc Hons covering psychology, sociology and anthropology from Brunel University.
It's this unique combination of professional coaching, business and marketing qualifications that enables me to offer my clients in-depth insight, support and advice on a wide range of topics and subjects.
Dan's coaching helped me make progress I couldn't have imagined. His calm support, tenacious challenging and belief in me made me feel safe, yet courageous to go further and achieve more than I ever could have done on my own. Everyone could do with having Dan on their side!
Sam
Senior HR Executive
I really enjoyed working with Dan, he helped me gain some very usable perspective during a difficult period growing my business. Dan is engaged, experienced and focused on meaningful outcomes rather than just talking through issues, I gained a lot of clarity after our sessions.

International Business Experience
Since becoming an Executive Career Coach, I've had the pleasure of working with hundreds of executives, professionals and entrepreneurs from all over the world.
I actually began my career in marketing, working for a range of large public and private sector organisations (including the UK Home Office and Panasonic).
I then went on to spend over 15 years successfully running my own marketing, event and television production businesses in London (including the Mercury Music Prize), before deciding to make the move into executive career coaching and business consultancy.
Alongside my private coaching practice, I also advise and mentor entrepreneurs and startups, and run a business strategy and digital transformation consultancy called Level.
